Subtext reported that Mitchell Korte has been named a partner with the firm. Korte will continue in his role as executive vice president of development, where he oversees the full development process, including market strategy, site selection, land acquisition, entitlements and approvals, deal structuring and stabilization.
In the affordable housing sector, Cinnaire announced that chief impact officer Jennifer Everhart received the 2026 Terrence R. Duvernay Award. The honor was presented during the Building Michigan Communities Conference, described as the state’s premier housing conference, and recognizes individuals whose work advances the legacy of affordable housing leadership established by Terrence R. Duvernay.
Peak Construction Corporation expanded its team with the addition of Samantha Rochford as a sales and marketing intern. Rochford will support sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with David Michael, vice president of sales; Joe Sullivan, director of new business development; Keith Dafcik, chief operating officer; Jeff Duckworth, business development manager; and Jessica Bruno, marketing manager.

The asset is being offered at $12 million, and Jordan Multack is representing the ownership in the offering.
