**Concord Summit Capital Arranges $12.2M Construction Loan for ECHO Suites in Chandler, AZ**
Concord Summit Capital has secured a $12.2 million construction loan for the development of an ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham at Chandler Airport Center. The loan enables the Sandpiper Group to move forward with the four-story, 124-room project.
This development marks the second ECHO Suites Extended Stay in Arizona to be financed by Concord Summit on behalf of the Sandpiper Group. The firm previously secured financing for a similar project in Peoria in 2023.
The financing was structured by Concord Summit’s team of Robert Horton, John Choi, and Connor Martz.
“Chandler Airport Center is a prime location that combines strong corporate demand drivers, a growing residential base, and direct airport proximity,” said Horton. “It’s a natural fit for an extended-stay brand that continues to outperform the broader hospitality market.”
ECHO Suites is currently the fastest-growing extended-stay hotel brand in the United States, with nearly 270 hotels in its development pipeline across the country.
