**Eden Prairie Center Welcomes Seven New Tenants in Ongoing Expansion**
Eden Prairie Center, a 1.4 million-square-foot retail destination in Minnesota, is broadening its offerings with the addition of seven new tenants. The latest updates strengthen the mall’s mix of retail and service-based businesses, providing a more convenient, all-in-one experience for visitors.
“We’re proud to continue expanding Eden Prairie Center with unique specialty retailers and service providers that allow guests the convenience of shopping, dining and accessing services all in one place,” said Nancy Litwin, Vice President of Eden Prairie Center at JLL.
Among the new arrivals is PRVDR, which has opened a 1,300-square-foot space featuring men’s fashion apparel. Umi’s for Men will soon join the mall in a 1,409-square-foot storefront, while Wings Credit Union is set to open a 3,800-square-foot financial services location.
Adding to the mall’s beauty and wellness offerings, Reborn Salon has opened a 2,361-square-foot salon on the upper level, and Phenix Salon Suites now operates a 6,244-square-foot space composed of 35 individual salon suites.
Public service and seasonal offerings are also making their mark. A U.S. Army Career Center has opened in a 1,178-square-foot space, and Spirit Halloween has launched its seasonal store, occupying 6,567 square feet.
These new openings are part of Eden Prairie Center’s ongoing efforts to enhance its role as a vibrant community hub combining retail, services, and experiences under one roof.
