**ViaWest Group Welcomes HonorHealth to Chandler Integrated Care Campus**
ViaWest Group has announced that HonorHealth will become a major new tenant at the Chandler Integrated Care Campus — a Class A medical office conversion project currently underway at 2700 W. Frye Road in Chandler, Arizona.
HonorHealth will occupy 50,000 square feet of the 187,000-square-foot building, joining current tenant CVS Health, which leases 67,000 square feet. Approximately 70,000 square feet of space remains available and is being marketed for medical office use.
ViaWest acquired the property in December 2024 and plans to invest $24 million to transform the building from traditional office space into a modern medical campus. Planned upgrades include renovated common areas, an on-site gym, a physicians’ lounge, and a convenient grab-and-go food service.
JLL Executive Vice Presidents Mari Lederman and Katie McIntyre are serving as the exclusive leasing brokers for the Chandler Integrated Care Campus.
