**Pinterest Leases Full Floor at SL Green’s 11 Madison Avenue**
SL Green Realty Corp. has announced a new long-term lease agreement with Pinterest, securing approximately 83,000 square feet of office space across the entire 13th floor of 11 Madison Avenue. The transaction marks the latest addition to the building’s prestigious tenant roster.
Pinterest, the visual discovery platform where users search, save, and shop for ideas, was represented in the lease negotiations by Evan Margolin, Justin Haber, and Michael Berg of JLL. SL Green, the property’s landlord, was represented by Brian Waterman, Scott Klau, Erik Harris, and Brent Ozarowski of Newmark.

Located between 24th and 25th Streets in Manhattan, 11 Madison Avenue is a 2.34-million-square-foot, 30-story office tower adjacent to Madison Square Park. The building offers tenants proximity to an array of nearby restaurants, boutique hotels, and retail options. Existing major tenants include UBS, Sony, Suntory, IMG, and the acclaimed 3-Michelin-star restaurant Eleven Madison Park.
