**Rancho Realty Brokers Fast Lease-Up at Sun Valley Industrial Complex**
Rancho Realty Group swiftly secured tenants for its listing at the industrial warehouse complex located at 11240-11260 Sherman Way in Sun Valley, adjacent to Burbank Airport. In just eight weeks, three of the five buildings in the 132,000-square-foot, five-building complex have been leased.
Colliers Senior Vice President William Walk represented two tenants in the transaction. Wet Design, an internationally recognized waterscape design and engineering firm based in Los Angeles, leased 12,000 square feet. Silver Construction, a commercial and residential general contractor, leased two buildings totaling 29,800 square feet.
Daniel O’Neil and Parker Jones of Rancho Realty Group served as the listing agents on behalf of the landlord, Industrial Centers Corporation, a Jackbuilt company. According to CEO Brad Howard, the buildings were “priced to lease,” contributing to the brisk activity.
Still available for lease are a 79,421-square-foot heavy manufacturing concrete tilt-up building and a 12,000-square-foot warehouse suitable for creative space.
