**McHugh Construction Completes Mixed-Use Parking Garage in Downtown Dundee**

McHugh Construction has completed a new public parking garage located at 304 Hill Street in East Dundee, Illinois. The $7 million design-build project, delivered in partnership with Desmond Design, marks the largest infrastructure investment in the village in recent years. The garage officially opened during a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony.

This two-level concrete structure brings an additional 163 parking spaces to East Dundee’s popular downtown area. Key improvements include a connected surface lot behind River Street Tavern and upgraded street parking along River Street. Additionally, the development features 6,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, delivered as a customizable “gray box.” The retail space is currently being marketed for sale by Premier Commercial Realty on behalf of the village for $500,000.
