**Interra Realty Brokers $2.55M Sale of Mixed-Use Property in Cicero, IL**

Interra Realty has successfully brokered the $2.55 million sale of a 24-unit mixed-use building located at 2300-2312 S. Central Avenue in Cicero, Illinois.

The vintage property, originally constructed in 1918, includes 22 two-bedroom apartment units—14 of which are duplexes—and two ground-floor retail spaces. The transaction marks the largest multifamily sale in Cicero to date for 2025, both in terms of price and unit count, with an average per-unit price of $106,250.

The deal was facilitated by Interra’s team, including Director Michael Duckler, Managing Partners Patrick Kennelly and Paul Waterloo, and Associate Nathan Zito. The team represented both the confidential buyer and the undisclosed seller.

“Multifamily investors have shown strong interest in suburban Chicago over the past year, and this deal suggests that appetite is not waning,” said Duckler.

Additional features of the property include 18 indoor garage parking spots and exterior surface parking for 34 vehicles.

Industry professionals will have the opportunity to hear insights from key leaders at the upcoming Connect Midwest Multifamily conference, taking place June 4, 2025, at The Midland Hotel in Chicago.
