Lincoln Property Company has added experienced real estate executive Tricia Moore as executive vice president of asset management, reinforcing the firm’s leadership bench for its Mid-Atlantic operations. The company announced that Moore has joined in this senior role to guide asset management strategy across the region.

Moore is based in Washington, D.C. and will lead asset management for Lincoln’s Mid-Atlantic region. In this capacity, she is tasked with overseeing initiatives aimed at improving portfolio performance, enhancing operational execution and supporting long-term value creation across the assets under Lincoln’s management in that geography.

According to Lincoln Property Company, Moore brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the position. Her background spans asset management, acquisitions and portfolio management, providing a mix of skills that align with overseeing multi-asset portfolios and supporting institutional investor objectives.

Before joining Lincoln, Moore served as an executive director at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. In that role, she was responsible for a $4.5 billion portfolio of real estate assets located across East Coast markets. The portfolio included multiple property types, giving her direct experience working across diversified commercial real estate strategies and market conditions.

Earlier in her career, Moore held senior leadership roles at several well-known real estate and investment organizations. Her prior positions included work with Spaulding & Slye Investments, Choice Hotels International, First Potomac Realty Trust and Goldman Sachs, where she contributed to investment, asset management and portfolio-level decision making.

Brandon Ernst, Lincoln’s senior executive vice president and Mid-Atlantic market leader, described Moore as a respected leader with a strong record of creating value for clients and investors. He noted her experience across multiple asset classes and major U.S. markets as a key strength she brings to her new role with Lincoln Property Company.
