The transactions contribute to more than 100,000 square feet of leasing completed at the property over the past year.
Hanover Park has signed a lease for the building’s entire 10th floor, covering approximately 19,269 square feet. The commitment marks a new presence in the building for the fund administration firm, aligning it with other technology and media users already in place at the address.
PMG Worldwide has renewed its existing lease for the entire second floor and is expanding its occupancy to include the entire third floor. Following this expansion, the company’s total footprint at 387 Park Avenue South will be approximately 38,744 square feet, reflecting the firm’s decision to grow within the same property rather than relocate.
The new and expanded leases follow other notable transactions at the building, including a long-term renewal by K Health and the late-2025 expansion of another TAMI tenant. Taken together, these deals support the building’s recent track record of consistent tenant demand and sizable commitments from growth-oriented users.
