Gulf Coast Community Growing with Addition of Cinnamon Shore

Cinnamon Shore, a master-planned community in Port Aransas, is set to add an array of new amenities this summer. The 147-acre sister property South Cinnamon Shore will feature a town square with stage, neighborhood pools, fitness center and sports facilities as well as an indoor-outdoor event venue and dog park. In Fall 2023 guests and homeowners can look forward to the addition of a Family Pool & Splash Pad.
South Town Square is expected to break ground in 2024 with over 100 000 square feet of retail space along the west side lakefront including restaurants centered around waterfront stage green space and boardwalk for easy access throughout the community.
