Driftwood Capital recently acquired the 299-key Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park, located within the 90-acre master-planned, mixed-use community of Granite Park in Plano. The hotel was completed in 2014 at a cost of $80 million and marks Driftwood’s third acquisition in the Dallas–Fort Worth market; it also owns two other hotels – 231 keys at Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront and 248 keys at Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square.
Situated on 5805 Granite Pkwy, this hotel offers guests king and double queen configurations as well as suites. Amenities include an outdoor pool, two onsite dining options (Carso Market for ready meals & coffee), a fitness center & business center plus 33,833 square feet of meeting & event space that can accommodate up to 1 300 people.
