**Lee & Associates** has announced the addition of Colin Sons as an Associate within its brokerage group. Sons will provide comprehensive industrial brokerage services, including tenant and landlord representation, buyer and seller advisory, and sale-leaseback transactions. He will collaborate closely with Mike Plumb, a principal at Lee & Associates, and will focus on the North and Central DuPage County submarkets.
**Essex Capital Markets** has promoted Quinn Keenan and Asher Motew to Directors. They will continue to work alongside Managing Director Elliott Quigley, who has more than four decades of experience in financial services. Keenan and Motew specialize in delivering financing solutions tailored to mid-market multifamily investors.
**JCJ Architecture** has elevated Matthew Horn, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, to Managing Director of the firm’s Western Region. In this new role, Horn will oversee operations across JCJ’s offices in Tulsa, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and San Diego. The promotion follows the transition of Barry Goldstein, AIA, who now serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.
**Greenstone Partners** continues to expand, adding three new team members and promoting two professionals:
– Arjav “AJ” Patel has been promoted to Director, continuing his work on the firm’s retail efforts.
– Connor Sheedy, formerly part of the 2024 Summer Internship Program, has been elevated to Junior Broker Analyst. He is currently working with Partner Brewster Hague on retail and mixed-use transactions in Chicago’s urban market.
– Alexander Tychalski joins the firm as a Junior Broker Analyst, supporting the expanding multifamily platform alongside Senior Director Jordan Multack and Director Jacob Goldstein.
– Augie Stilp and Charlie Vietzen, both graduates of the 2024 Summer Internship Program, have advanced to full-time Investment Sales Analysts. Stilp brings strong analytical skills to support a range of transactions, while Vietzen will assist with deal sourcing and market research initiatives.
