**Net-Leased DaVita Dialysis Property Sells for $4.2M in the Bronx**
Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of a net-leased DaVita Dialysis property located at 1615 Eastchester Road in the Bronx. The transaction closed for $4.2 million.
The 14,110-square-foot medical facility is situated within a heavily trafficked medical corridor and is near five major hospitals, making it an attractive asset in the healthcare real estate sector.
“This property has been in the seller’s family since the 1950s, making it a particularly meaningful transaction,” said Daniel Chumbley of Marcus & Millichap. “After being home to their family business for decades, the site was redeveloped for DaVita Dialysis in 1995 and has served the community’s healthcare needs ever since. We received multiple offers above list price within just 10 days on the market, highlighting the strong demand for well-located healthcare assets.”
Chumbley, along with Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller, a multi-generational family corporation. The buyer, a group based in New York City, was also procured by the Marcus & Millichap team. John Horowitz served as the firm’s broker of record in New York.
