BH Properties has expanded its Plano, Texas office portfolio with the acquisition of Tollway North Office Park, a seven-building business park totaling 297,591 square feet. The property adds a sizable block of single-story office space to the firm’s holdings in and around the Legacy Business Park area.
The acquisition follows BH Properties’ February 2025 purchase of the adjacent R&D at Legacy campus. With the addition of Tollway North Office Park, BH Properties now controls more than 675,000 square feet across fourteen buildings within the Legacy Business Park. The seller of Tollway North Office Park was KBS.
Newmark’s Dallas-based investment sales team represented KBS in the transaction. The team included Gary Carr, Chris Murphy, Robert Hill, and Austin Sheahan. BH Properties was represented in the deal by Scott Henry.
Tollway North Office Park consists of seven single-story office buildings totaling nearly 300,000 square feet. The business park is currently approximately 70% leased, leaving a meaningful portion of the space available for new tenants and positioning the asset for value-add initiatives. BH Properties has engaged Stream Realty’s Dallas office to lead the leasing effort, with Chase Lopez, James Mantzuranis, and Sam Bass representing the owner.
The Legacy Business Park and surrounding Plano area host a significant concentration of Fortune 500 and global companies. The submarket is expected to see additional corporate activity with AT&T’s planned global headquarters, which is anticipated to bring thousands of employees to the immediate area beginning in 2028. This future influx of employees is likely to further reinforce demand drivers for office space in the broader market, including assets such as Tollway North Office Park.
