CBRE has advanced two of its senior professionals within the firm's Data Center Solutions Group, promoting Anna Wolke (Faktorow) and Stuart Dyer to executive vice president. The promotions reflect their expanded leadership roles advising clients in the U.S. data center arena, a segment that continues to evolve alongside digital infrastructure and cloud computing demand.
Wolke and Dyer are based in Northern Virginia and work with developers, investors, institutional owners and occupiers focused on data center assets across the United States. Their responsibilities span strategic advisory work on both capital markets and real estate positioning for data center facilities, as well as helping occupiers and operators align their real estate decisions with technology and capacity requirements.
According to CBRE, Wolke, Dyer and their broader team have participated in some of the data center industry's most significant transactions. Collectively, the group has completed more than $28 billion in capital markets transactions in the sector, underscoring the scale of institutional and private capital targeting data center opportunities. In addition, they have executed 45 powered land transactions valued at more than $2.1 billion, highlighting the importance of power-ready sites as a distinct asset category within the data center ecosystem.
Kyle Schoppmann, President of CBRE's Mid-Atlantic division, noted that rapid growth in cloud computing and digital infrastructure is reshaping the data center sector. He emphasized that this expansion is creating both new opportunities and additional complexities for clients as they deploy capital, secure sites and structure long-term occupancy strategies. Schoppmann credited Wolke and Dyer with helping clients navigate this environment while also contributing to the continued build-out of CBRE's Data Center Solutions platform.
Within the team, Wolke focuses on advising data center developers, investors and institutional owners on capital markets and strategic real estate transactions. Her work centers on helping capital providers and asset owners structure and execute transactions that align with investment objectives in the data center space. Dyer advises clients across the artificial intelligence, cloud and federal sectors on occupancy and development strategies for data centers, including how these groups plan for capacity, location and infrastructure needs.
The pair's promotion to executive vice president formalizes their leadership position within CBRE's data center practice at a time when digital infrastructure is a growing focus for many real estate and infrastructure investors. Their track record in capital markets execution and powered land transactions positions the team to continue serving both owners and occupiers as data center requirements expand and diversify across user segments.
