A joint venture between The Geyser Group and The Sephira Group is developing the Real Street Apartments in Austin, Texas. This housing project will provide a range of options from market rate to households earning 30% of the median family income level in the area. Half of these apartments will be dedicated to affordable housing.
The two lots located at 2824 and 2826 Real Street, east of Campbell Elementary are expected to house 286 units across two buildings with a total square footage measuring 286,102 feet. One building will contain 60 units that are operated by Family Eldercare – an Austin-based nonprofit providing services such as housing, health & wellness and advocacy & outreach for older adults or people with disabilities – serving as permanent supportive housing for those who need it most.
