Clear Height Properties has leased a 34,700-square-foot Industrial Service Facility (ISF) located at 1404 West Fullerton Avenue in Addison, Illinois to a logistics firm. Dominic Carbonari with JLL was the sole broker for the lease transaction and Mary Kay McCreery with Strategic Leasing Law Group provided legal advice to Clear Height.
The property was purchased by Clear Height in September 2022 and underwent capital improvements including installation of a new roof, mechanicals, drive-in doors, parking lot replacement and exterior painting. The building is conveniently situated near I-355 in DuPage County making it the 18th industrial property owned by Clear Heights within this area.
