CBRE Cleveland Office Welcomes Warren Blazy III and Eric Smith

CBRE’s Cleveland office has welcomed Warren Blazy III and Eric Smith as Senior Vice President and Senior Associate, respectively. The two will specialize in office leasing and occupier representation throughout Northeast Ohio.
Blazy brings nearly 20 years of experience to CBRE, having advised companies on real estate strategies in the greater Cleveland area with JLL resulting in more than 3 million square feet of office leasing. He initially began his career at CBRE as an associate back in 2004 after earning a bachelor’s degree from Hiram College that combined accounting/finance with psychology.
Smith joins from JLL where he represented landlords across the Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo markets for lease transactions before transitioning to Crescendo Commercial Realty as a transaction manager overseeing deals within Northeast Ohio and Texas regions. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University majoring both finance & pre-law business administration studies .
