Sonder Holdings Inc. is expanding its presence in Florida with the launch of four new properties, bringing their total number of units across hotel, resort and multi-unit serviced apartments to 930. This year alone has seen two openings: 76-key Found Miami Beach and 149-key hotel Cirrus near Kissimmee theme parks. The upcoming openings include The Deco, a 180-key resort hotel spread across four art deco buildings in the heart of Miami’s South Beach; as well as Colonnade – an office conversion into 95 serviced apartment units located in Miami’s financial district.
