JLL has announced the commencement of integrated facilities management and operations services for the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building Complex in lower Manhattan, under a partnership with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The 41-story complex located at 26 Federal Plaza is renowned as being the tallest federal building in America, housing numerous federal agencies and boasting its own ZIP code to boot! Named after Jacob Koppel Javits – a notable public servant – it was also formerly known as New York Convention Center before his name was bestowed upon it.
The JLL Government Facilities Management team led by Monique Derrick, John Eagleeye, Elizabeth Ojeda and Karen Davide are overseeing this transition period while delivering IFM & operational services to ensure smooth running of all activities within this iconic building complex.
