Glenstar Properties has been appointed by global alternative investment firm Vӓrde Partners to manage the Triangle Plaza office complex near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. Located at 8750 and 8770 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue in the O’Hare submarket, Triangle Plaza encompasses 627,000 square feet across two 14-story towers. Glenstar assumed property and asset management following a recent 17,000-square-foot lease agreement with Society of Actuaries for 11 years.
Triangle Plaza is home to major corporations such as Komatsu, Old National Bank, Combined Insurance Company Power Construction Corporation Ardagh Metal Packaging and Lawson Products Inc., boasting an impressive 92% occupancy rate which exceeds that of the O’Hare average market rate. Bonnie Calame was selected as general manager for both Triangle Plaza and neighboring four building Presidents Plazas office complexes located at the intersection of Cumberland Avenue & Interstate 90 providing tenants easy access to public transportation on CTA Blue Line & quick access to O’Hare Airport .
