CBRE has arranged an office lease expansion for SpotHero, the leading parking reservation marketplace in North America based in Chicago. The company will be relocating from the 13th floor to the 2nd floor at The National Building located at 125 South Clark, increasing their total footprint to 32,930 square feet. Prior to this move, SpotHero’s space on the 13th floor was approximately 28,000 square feet and they first moved into The National Building back in 2017.
Bill Sheehy and Brad Serot of CBRE represented SpotHero during this transaction while Kevin Sherlock and Bill Pipal (the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel respectively) led efforts on behalf of their company for securing new space within the building.
