200 Peachtree Group, an Atlanta-based real estate firm, has announced two new major developments in downtown Atlanta – SKOL Brewing Company and Valhalla Social. The craft brewery is slated to open Fall/Winter 2023 with eight carefully crafted beers and a Nordic-inspired menu curated by Certified Master Chef Rich Rosendale. The 5,000 square foot space will have 90 seats with a max capacity of 250 people for private events.
Valhalla Social is an eatertainment concept expected to open Spring/Summer 2024 that includes axe throwing, pool tables, shuffleboards basketball skeeball foosball ping pong darts and more across 15000 square feet seating approximately 300 people. When combined the spaces can accommodate up to 750 guests for large events; CNNA Architects will oversee both projects.
