On Thursday, project partners and local dignitaries joined developer Harbert South Bay Partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Seville in San Clemente. This luxury senior community will offer assisted living and memory care services with a lifestyle of ease and grace for those living with dementia or who need assistance. Occupancy is planned for summer 2024.
The Seville will include 87 units, 63 being assisted living units and 24 for memory care residents. Three courtyards provide secure access to sunshine while concierge service, luxury amenities including a pool specifically designed for assisted living residents, as well as views of the Pacific Ocean sunset are among its features – all rare offerings in senior housing properties today.
Harbert South Bay Partners said that this project brings “a next-generation approach to senior living” where independence is at its core; something not typically seen in other communities providing similar services .
