Taicoon 1501 Langston has acquired the national headquarters building of Air & Space Forces Association (AFA) in Arlington, VA for $16.25 million. The 85,422-square-foot office building is situated on 1.3 acres and is part of the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor. AFA had owned this property since 1984 and signed a short term leaseback arrangement before relocating from it recently.
At the time of sale, 79% of the space was leased to 10 tenants while AFA occupied a portion as well. Cresa’s Mindy Saffer and Natalie Gosnell along with Stream Realty Partners’ Matt Pacinelli and Charlie Smiroldo facilitated this transaction successfully .
