Tishman Speyer has entered into a partnership with American Express that extends the landlord’s ZO amenity platform to a new customer base: U.S. Business Platinum Card and Corporate Platinum Card Members. The collaboration is described as the first agreement of its kind between a major commercial real estate owner and a credit card issuer, positioning cardholders to tap into a portfolio of hospitality-focused workplaces historically reserved for building tenants.
Under the arrangement, eligible American Express cardholders will be granted access to Tishman Speyer’s ZO network, marking the first time non-tenants can directly use these amenities. The offering covers more than 20 ZO Clubhouse and Studio coworking locations across six major U.S. gateway markets. Locations are available in New York, Boston, Washington, DC, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles, giving cardholders a multicity network of on-demand workspace and event environments.
The ZO Clubhouse and Studio portfolio is positioned as hospitality-driven, with spaces designed to function as lounges, coworking environments, and venues for meetings and events. The partnership allows eligible cardholders to receive complimentary access to these spaces, along with guest passes that enable them to bring colleagues or clients into the network. This framework effectively broadens the user base for ZO while embedding the amenity platform within American Express’s premium business card ecosystem.
In addition to physical access, the program includes a financial incentive tied to event usage. Qualified Business Platinum and Corporate Platinum Card Members can receive up to $500 in annual statement credits that may be applied toward eligible event bookings at ZO or Studio locations. These credits are specifically linked to event space reservations, creating a defined monetary benefit for users who host meetings, gatherings or corporate functions within the Tishman Speyer network.
The companies also note that cardholders will not see an increase in their annual card fee as a result of the new benefits. This positions the partnership as an additive feature within the existing American Express value proposition rather than a separate, premium layer of services with additional cost. For Tishman Speyer, the move introduces a channel for showcasing its amenity-rich properties to a national base of business users, while remaining within the parameters of its established ZO and Studio brands.
By aligning a landlord-curated amenity and coworking platform with a major business card portfolio, the initiative links corporate real estate environments more directly to the payments and travel ecosystem. The collaboration emphasizes both access to space and event-focused benefits, reflecting growing demand for flexible, hospitality-oriented work settings that can support meetings, collaboration and client-facing activity across multiple cities.
