By relocating multiple functions to this site, Saval Foods plans to bring its corporate offices and two existing Howard County operations together under one roof. The consolidated facility is expected to support the company's broader service footprint across Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
State officials highlighted Saval Foods' long-standing role in the regional food economy. Maryland Governor Wes Moore noted that the company has supported restaurants, tourism and the broader food sector for nearly a century by providing product and service across the Mid-Atlantic. As part of the headquarters development, Saval Foods plans to retain 391 existing full-time employees and add 107 new full-time positions in Maryland over the next four years.
