Owner-occupied industrial expansions of this scale signal durable, program-driven demand that can support nearby industrial values even in choppy capital markets.

Circuit Systems Co. Inc. plans to launch a significant expansion of its manufacturing warehouse at 5301 W. Pioneer Parkway, with construction scheduled to begin in November. The contract manufacturer produces aerospace bonding jumping cables, bus bars and grounding straps, and is committing $45 million to the project.

The company will add 20,980 square feet to its current facility, which now totals 11,880 square feet. The planned expansion will enlarge the warehouse footprint and introduce additional support space aimed at accommodating increased production and personnel needs.

In addition to the new warehouse area, Circuit Systems will construct new office space, a conference room, storage areas and updated restroom facilities. These improvements are designed to support the company’s manufacturing operations and provide upgraded workspace for employees and visitors.

Circuit Systems’ products serve both commercial and military aerospace applications. Its components are used on the F-22 and F-35 aircraft produced by Fort Worth-based Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, as well as on systems connected to the International Space Station. The company’s parts help provide safe pathways for electrical currents on aircraft, a critical function that reduces the risk of damage from lightning strikes.

The expansion underscores the company’s role in specialized aerospace manufacturing, supporting programs that range from advanced fighter jets to space-based infrastructure. By investing in additional industrial and support space, Circuit Systems is positioning its operations to handle ongoing and future demand from key aerospace customers.

The planned project adds another industrial expansion to the local landscape at 5301 W. Pioneer Parkway, reflecting continued investment in mission-critical manufacturing facilities tied to the aerospace sector. The new capacity is intended to support the production of components that play a safety-critical role in high-performance aircraft and space systems.
