In this new role, Carrasco is charged with leading and expanding Partners’ Texas research platform, with a focus on enhancing the market intelligence available to brokers and clients across Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. His background includes leading research teams at CBRE, Madison Marquette, and most recently Avison Young, giving him experience across multiple national platforms.
Alliance Industrial Company has promoted Chad Parrish to Chief Investment Officer. Parrish previously served as Managing Director for Alliance Industrial, where his track record included overseeing 10 million square feet of development, launching three divisions, expanding operations into six markets, and raising $1.2 billion in capital investments. The promotion reflects the firm’s emphasis on scaling its platform and deploying capital across an expanded footprint.
Edge Realty Partners has added 30-year commercial real estate veteran and retail specialist Stan Lotridge as a Principal in the firm’s Dallas office. Lotridge will work with retailers and retail landlords on leasing and investment requirements throughout the Southwest, with particular focus on North Texas, Oklahoma, and Northern Louisiana. He joins Edge from CBRE, where he most recently held the role of senior vice president, bringing long-standing expertise in retail strategy and execution.
Lee & Associates has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Sugar Creek on the Lake, a Class A office property at 14141 SW Freeway in Sugar Land, Texas. The approximately 516,526-square-foot, 10-story office building will be marketed and repositioned under a strategy led by Lee & Associates professionals Wade Bowlin and Blaine Sinclair. Their mandate includes overseeing leasing efforts and the broader strategic positioning of the property within the regional office market.
Riverside has appointed nearly 20-year retail industry veteran Travis Robertson to lead its retail brokerage division. Robertson joins the firm from JLL and has previously played a foundational role at The Retail Connection, where he was among the company’s first brokerage professionals in Central Texas and helped build out its Austin operations. He began his commercial real estate career in the Austin office of the Weitzman Group, adding further depth to Riverside’s retail-focused advisory platform.
