**StreetLights Residential Plans 20-Story Luxury Apartment Tower Near Park Lane in Dallas**
StreetLights Residential, in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan America, is set to develop a new 20-story luxury multifamily high-rise at the southeast corner of Park Lane and US-75 in Dallas.
The upcoming development will feature 365 upscale residences, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Units will range in size from approximately 505 to 1,707 square feet. The project will also offer ground-level retail space, enhancing the walkability and convenience of the location.
Construction is expected to begin in February 2026, with a projected completion date in January 2029.
Residents will enjoy a wide array of amenities, including a pool, outdoor grilling and entertainment stations, an espresso and coffee bar, a fitness center complete with an infrared sauna and cold plunge, co-working lounge with private offices, a billiards room, private dining area, and a resident bar and lounge.
This project marks the second collaboration between StreetLights Residential and Mitsui Fudosan America, following their successful partnership on The Oliver, a nearby 351-unit, 18-story tower located in the Cityplace neighborhood near Uptown Dallas.
