A collaborative joint venture between Opus, Miller Global Properties, and Principal Asset Management has completed the development of The Bellwether, a new multifamily residential project located in the Denver Tech Center.
The Bellwether is situated at 7831 E. Union Avenue, on a site that previously served as a surface parking lot adjacent to a 13-story office building. This property was part of a $75.25 million acquisition made by Principal and Miller Global in 2021.
Strategically positioned next to a Regional Transportation District (RTD) train station, The Bellwether offers residents convenient transit access in addition to high-end living amenities.
The apartment community features a range of floor plans, from studios to three-bedroom units.
