**ViaWest Group and Barings Break Ground on 808K-SF ReDiscover Logistics Park in Phoenix**
ViaWest Group, in partnership with Barings, LLC, and Willmeng Construction, has officially broken ground on ReDiscover Logistics Park, an 808,400-square-foot industrial development located in the Deer Valley submarket of Phoenix. The project is slated for delivery in the first quarter of 2027.
The development team secured $107 million in construction financing for the project. The financing was arranged by Kevin MacKenzie, Jason Carlos, and Lilley Kroll of JLL Capital Markets through a life insurance company.
ReDiscover Logistics Park is situated on a 43.5-acre site and will consist of four individual industrial buildings ranging in size from 189,280 to 212,000 square feet. Each building will feature clear heights between 32 and 36 feet, designed to accommodate a wide array of manufacturing and distribution tenants. The project will include flexible space configurations, a 200-foot shared truck court, FM Global compliant sprinkler systems, and 980 parking spaces.
