**ViaWest and Barings Acquire Deer Valley Site for ReDiscover Logistics Park**
A joint venture between ViaWest and Barings has acquired the Deer Valley Innovation Park in North Phoenix, with plans to redevelop the site into ReDiscover Logistics Park—a Class A industrial project totaling 808,000 square feet.
The 43.5-acre site is strategically located near the interchange of Interstate 17 and Loop 101. It currently includes a 345,000-square-foot former call center building, which will be demolished to make way for the new industrial development. Originally built in 1988 and renovated in 2020, the building was outfitted with modern amenities such as a fitness center, cafeteria, kitchen, break area, chiller room, and training room.
ReDiscover Logistics Park is set to feature flexible layouts and abundant truck and trailer parking, making it an attractive option for a variety of industrial users.
CBRE’s Cooper Fratt, John Werstler, Tanner Ferrandi, and Connie Nelson represented both the buyer—ViaWest and Barings—and the seller, Verde Investments, in the transaction.
