Curran Young Construction has broken ground on the 5300 Summerlin Apartments, a $46 million redevelopment project in Fort Myers. The facility features the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, South Florida’s only NCI-designated cancer center; the top-ranked Bascom Palmer Eye Institute; and the Desai Sethi Urology Institute, which delivers cutting-edge urologic care.

– **Core Spaces & Harrison Street to Develop Hub Tampa Fowler**
Core Spaces and Harrison Street have partnered to develop Hub Tampa Fowler, a 1,195-bed student housing project near the University of South Florida in Tampa. Located west of USF’s main campus, this purpose-built development will provide students with convenient campus access upon its expected completion in 2027.
