**Westcore Sells Industrial Assets in Salt Lake City and Denver Totaling Over 660,000 SF**

Westcore Properties has sold two large industrial properties totaling 663,416 square feet, located in the Salt Lake City and Denver metropolitan areas.

The buyers, Hyde Development and Mortenson Properties, acquired the Denver asset for $48.2 million, according to Commercial Edge. The sale price for the Salt Lake City property was not disclosed.

The two properties include:
– **Raceway Commerce Center** in West Valley City, Utah, which encompasses 397,894 square feet across two buildings located at 6075 W State Route 201 Frontage Road and 2234 S 5900 W. The property sits on nearly 26 acres and was acquired by Westcore in 2023 for $52.2 million.
– **Potomac Park Buildings I and II** in Englewood, Colorado, totaling 265,522 square feet.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Chiate, Will Strong, Michael Matchett, and John Schreck, along with Phillip Eilers, were involved in facilitating the sale. CBRE’s Joe Cesta, Tyler Carner, and Jeremy Ballenger represented the seller and also secured the buyer.

Westcore’s divestment underscores continued investor interest in well-located industrial assets across key western U.S. markets.
