Concord Hospitality Enterprises has officially opened the Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic, a full-service hotel designed with a focus on wellness and conveniently located just steps from the renowned medical campus.
The 252-room, eight-story hotel emphasizes a health-conscious guest experience, particularly catering to patients and families visiting the Mayo Clinic. One of the hotel’s standout features is its signature restaurant, Coastal Kitchen, which will serve locally sourced, dietitian-approved cuisine.
The property was developed through a partnership between Concord Hospitality, Hilton, and private equity real estate firm Whitman Peterson.
Situated at 4745 Transformation Way, the hotel offers a total of 21,000 square feet of meeting and event space—16,000 square feet indoors and 5,000 square feet outdoors. Additional amenities include a swimming pool and a design focused on both comfort and wellness.
Room rates at the Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic will average between $259 and $329 per night, with premium rooms priced higher. Special discounted rates ranging from approximately $219 to $269 per night will be available for Mayo Clinic patients and their families, with the specific rate depending on departmental arrangements and individual needs.
