**Nashville Honky-Tonk Bar Building Hits the Market for $79 Million**

The Basin Alley Building, located at 105 Broadway in Nashville, is now listed for sale with an asking price of $79 million. The property, home to the well-known Nashville Underground honky-tonk bar, spans 54,825 square feet.

Currently owned by singer-songwriters Gavin DeGraw and Joey DeGraw, the venue opened its doors in 2018. Originally built in 1935 as a seed warehouse, the historic building has been transformed into a six-story destination that celebrates the city’s vibrant music, culinary, and nightlife scenes.

Real estate firm CBRE is managing the listing and is open to exploring lease agreements as well. The sale is being represented by CBRE’s Nick Goss, Paul Gaither, Kevin Hurley, and Matt Karempelis.

The DeGraw brothers purchased the 0.2-acre property for $30 million in February 2023. Nashville Underground brands itself as an intimate, authentic experience offering food, drinks, and live music. The top floors of the venue also feature entertainment amenities such as bowling lanes, arcade games, and multiple bars.

This high-profile property presents a unique opportunity in the heart of Music City’s iconic Broadway district.
