**Subtext Unveils VERVE Ann Arbor, a Premier Student Housing Development**
Subtext has officially opened VERVE Ann Arbor, a vibrant new 12-story, 741-bed student housing community ideally situated near the University of Michigan.
Located at 721 South Forest Street, the project encompasses 328,264 square feet and features 217 residential units. These range from studios to spacious six-bedroom layouts, catering to a variety of student lifestyles. Notably, VERVE Ann Arbor introduces Subtext’s first-ever integration of a ground-floor, full-service coffee shop in partnership with Misfit Society Coffee Club.
This development was realized in collaboration with FrontRange Capital and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, with Webster Bank providing the financing. WDG Architecture served as the architectural lead, ESG Architecture & Design handled interior design, and Brinkmann Constructors managed the general contracting.
VERVE Ann Arbor offers an impressive array of amenities, including a rooftop deck with a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, a poolside jumbotron, yard games, lounge areas, and a clubroom designed for social engagement and relaxation.
