Landmark Properties, in partnership with Manulife Investment Management, has officially opened The Mark Tallahassee — a new 860-bed student housing development located at 675 W. Lafayette Street in Tallahassee, Florida.
Situated just steps from the Florida State University (FSU) campus, the community features three mid-rise buildings across neighboring blocks in the College Town district. Designed by Dwell Design and constructed by Landmark Construction as general contractor, the 202-unit development is fully leased ahead of the 2025–2026 academic year.
The Mark offers a range of floorplans, from studios to six-bedroom layouts. Distinctively, the property also includes VIP penthouse-style units, featuring upscale finishes, enhanced technology and appliance packages, and expansive shared living areas complete with pool tables.
