**Westlake Corp. Investing $20M to Renovate Houston Office Tower**
Westlake Corp., a publicly traded global manufacturer and supplier of innovative materials and products, is set to embark on a major renovation project at its new office location at 5444 Westheimer Road in Houston.
The company plans to invest approximately $20 million in the project, which will include the full renovation of the second, third, fourth, eighth, and ninth floors of the 21-story tower. Partial renovations are also planned for the first, fifth, and sixth floors.
Renovation work is expected to begin later this year, with project completion anticipated by late 2026. Kirksey Architecture has been selected to lead the design of the new space.
The building, formerly known as the Capital One building, is owned and managed by Tanglewood Property Group. Capital One has since vacated the property.
