Legacy Partners has launched leasing at Mill House, a new 346-unit apartment community in Ontario. The property is positioned as a larger-scale addition to the local rental market and is expected to begin welcoming its first residents in December 2026.
Mill House is located at 2510 S. Euclid Ave. and was developed in partnership with DWS Group. The collaboration reflects a programmatic approach between the firms, as Mill House represents one of several multifamily projects they are pursuing together. The Ontario community is designed to tap into demand in the heart of the Inland Empire, where access to transportation corridors and regional employment centers is a key consideration for residents.
Tim O’Brien, senior managing director for Southern California and the Southwest Region at Legacy Partners, said the community is intended to offer thoughtfully designed apartment homes supported by a broad package of amenities. He noted that Mill House benefits from proximity to local shopping and dining options, as well as major transportation connections serving the Inland Empire.
O’Brien also highlighted that Mill House is Legacy Partners’ third active development with DWS. In addition to the Ontario project, the partnership is advancing multifamily developments in Scottsdale, AZ and Torrance, CA. This ongoing pipeline underscores the firms’ continued focus on new rental housing across multiple Western U.S. markets.
Mill House was designed by Architects Orange and is organized as a collection of eight buildings. The site plan incorporates tucked-under garage parking along with covered carports, providing a mix of parking options for residents. At the ground level, the community includes approximately 6,000 square feet of retail space, creating an on-site commercial component that has the potential to support neighborhood-serving uses once tenants are secured.
Construction at Mill House is expected to reach full completion in April 2027, several months after the start of initial occupancy. The phased timeline allows leasing to commence while final construction activities are completed across the eight-building community and its integrated retail space.
