**Feil Organization Secures Two Long-Term Tenants at 257 Park Avenue South**
The Feil Organization has finalized two long-term lease agreements totaling 25,500 square feet at 257 Park Avenue South, also known as the Gramercy Park Building, located in Midtown South.
The new tenants include fintech company AngelList, which signed on for 12,900 square feet, and executive search and consulting firm Options Group, which leased 12,600 square feet.

Representation for the deals included Jonathan Franzel of Newmark for AngelList. Options Group was represented by Sam Seiler and Patrick Moroney of CBRE. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener and Robert Fisher.
