The transaction was brokered by Jay Farnam, Principal, and Peter Spear, Senior Associate, from Lee & Associates’ Illinois office. The buyer, Wahid Properties LLC, plans to occupy the facility. The seller, Liberty Partners, was represented by Transwestern Real Estate Services.
Originally constructed in 1984, the property includes 14-foot ceiling docks, one drive-in door, and 17 parking spaces.
