**Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences Coming to Houston**
The Ritz-Carlton is making its debut in Houston with a new luxury development. Deiso Moss and Cleary Interests are partnering with Marriott International to bring the prestigious brand to 2120 Post Oak Boulevard. Located near the Galleria and River Oaks District, this new 44-story tower marks a significant addition to Houston’s skyline.
In addition to the high-rise in the city, construction is also underway for a standalone Ritz-Carlton condominium project just outside Houston in The Woodlands.
The Houston tower will feature both hotel and residential components, with 154 upscale guest rooms and 114 private residences. This will be Ritz-Carlton’s first combined hotel and residential development within Houston’s urban core. Residences will begin at 2,200 square feet and offer nearly 27,000 square feet of exclusive amenities for homeowners, including a private motor court, dedicated lobby and elevators, and panoramic views of Uptown.
Both residents and hotel guests will also enjoy access to 50,000 square feet of shared amenities, enriching the overall lifestyle experience. Harvey Cleary has been named the project’s general contractor.
