**BCS Breaks Ground on 9-Building Industrial Park in Baytown**
BCS has officially broken ground on Grove Business Park, a new 438,000-square-foot industrial development located in Baytown, Texas. Spanning 46 acres, the project will feature nine buildings ranging in size from 30,000 to 120,120 square feet, catering specifically to small- and medium-sized businesses.
The development includes seven dock-high distribution buildings and two manufacturing facilities designed to support 20-ton cranes. All nine buildings will be constructed in a single phase, with completion anticipated by the third quarter of 2026.
Urban Companies is serving as both architect and general contractor for the project, with Altar Group PLLC acting as civil engineer. Financing for the project was secured through Voya Investment Management, arranged by Michael Johnson, Michael King, and John Beeler of JLL. Travis Land and A.J. Williams with Partners are the exclusive listing brokers for the property, strategically situated along Interstate 10 just west of Sjolander Road.
