**Cresa Expands with New Data Center Capital Markets and Advisory Team**

Cresa has announced that one of the nation’s leading data center capital markets teams has joined the firm. Michael Morris, along with Sumner Putnam and Matt Deutsch—formerly with Newmark—have come on board to launch a dedicated Data Center Capital Markets and Advisory platform. This new platform will offer comprehensive services, including advisory, planning, transaction structuring, tenant and landlord representation, and capital markets solutions for major data center projects.

Morris, a recognized leader in the data center real estate sector, has completed over 1,000 transactions across more than 50 markets worldwide. He will lead the new service line from Cresa’s New York City office, with support teams positioned nationally.

**Matthews Real Estate Expands Retail Division in New York**

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has appointed Matthew Fogel as Vice President, where he will specialize in landlord and tenant representation within the retail sector. This strategic hire marks the launch of the firm’s Retail Leasing Division in its New York office, further strengthening Matthews’ presence in the region.

**Brian Carcaterra Returns to Newmark in Stamford Office**

Newmark has welcomed back Brian Carcaterra as an Executive Managing Director in the company’s Stamford, Connecticut office.
