**Digital Creative Agency UNFOLD Expands Culver City Campus with $11M Acquisition**
UNFOLD, an award-winning digital creative agency, has acquired a 13,110-square-foot ultra-creative office building located at 11811 Teale Street in Culver City for $11 million. The property was purchased from Therapy Studios and represented by JLL. The acquisition allows UNFOLD to expand its footprint and create a campus environment by combining the new property with its existing neighboring facility at 11801 Teale Street.
Founded in 2012, UNFOLD has become a leading creative force in digital advertising, serving top global brands and major entertainment studios. With a team of over 150 professionals, the agency provides a full suite of services ranging from media and social media strategy to website development and production solutions.
The newly acquired building is a semi-circular Quonset hut-style creative office space. Originally constructed as a manufacturing support facility for the Hughes Aircraft Company, it underwent a modern renovation in 2018, transforming it into a dynamic workspace suited for the creative agency’s needs.
