**Crow Holdings Secures $52M Refinance for Westminster Multifamily Property**
Mesa West Capital has provided $52 million in short-term financing to an affiliate of Crow Holdings for the refinancing of Canyon Reserve at the Ranch, a 256-unit multifamily community located in Westminster, Colorado. Crow Holdings originally acquired the property in 2022 from Continental Realty Group for $93.5 million.
Originally built in 1984, the garden-style apartment complex consists of 17 two-story buildings spread across more than 13 acres. The property underwent a full repositioning in 2022. It features a unit mix of one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 744 to 1,034 square feet. Each unit includes private balconies or patios.
Located at 2890 W. 116th Place, the community offers convenient access to Highway 287 and Interstate 25. It is situated approximately 16 miles from Downtown Denver and less than 30 miles from Denver International Airport.
