**MBK Rental Living to Develop Nearly 600 New Apartments in Northeast Denver**
MBK Rental Living is moving forward with a major residential project in northeast Denver, set to deliver 578 new apartment units. The initiative is being developed in partnership with Tokyo Tatemono Co., which contributed equity investment to the project. Trammell Crow Residential will also collaborate with MBK on the development, known as Alexan Peña Station.
Located near the Gaylord Rockies Resort, the community will consist of 12 residential buildings, each ranging from three to four stories. As each building is completed, units will become available for renters.
Alexan Peña Station will offer a variety of floor plans, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, ranging in size from 686 to 1,350 square feet. The project will also include approximately 46 affordable units reserved for individuals earning 60 percent of the area’s median income.
Community amenities will include two 8,070-square-foot clubhouse buildings, a stand-alone fitness center, dog parks, collaborative work and meeting spaces, and 24-hour wellness centers. Residents will also enjoy recreational features such as a pickleball court, resort-style swimming pool, mini water fountains, cornhole stations, and outdoor barbecue areas.
